What are the shipping times?

Are there any customs fees or VAT?
For orders within the European Union, VAT is already included at checkout (under the IOSS scheme where applicable). Most of our customers do not experience additional customs charges. However, if any local duty is applied by your country's customs office, it remains the responsibility of the buyer.
